My take
Both give you a free tier, so you can try the chat on each before paying; expect message caps and few or no images until you upgrade. Kupid.ai simply does more: nsfw content, image generation and voice messages are on its list and not on Luvr.ai's. More features is only better if you will use them.

My take
Start with the row this site ranks on. For the search "ai girlfriend" in the US, Kupid.ai is at #7 and Luvr.ai at #39, so Kupid.ai is the one more newcomers find first. Page one is positions 1 to 10; anything past that is traffic you have to earn by name. On size, Kupid.ai is the busier site: 131,142 search visits a month worldwide, more than 15 times what Luvr.ai gets (8,689). These are estimates of visits from Google only, so a site with apps or ads can be bigger than this shows. Brand searches are the loyalty line: 5,400 people a month type Kupid.ai's name, against 1,600 for Luvr.ai. A name people type on purpose is a site they come back to; a site with lots of visits and few brand searches is living on rankings it could lose. Kupid.ai's Domain Rating of 73 against 52 means far more sites link to it, which is what keeps rankings stable; the weaker link profile is the one more likely to move, up or down, when Google reshuffles. In plain terms: Kupid.ai is both the bigger site and the one the category search points to.

“Users” is the balance of the YouTube reviews, Reddit threads and articles read for each brand page; “my test” is whether my own month on the site agreed with them.
My take
Users rate them about the same: 3 of 10 features positive for Luvr.ai and 3 of 10 features positive for Kupid.ai. Kupid.ai gets it on voice. My own month did not always match the crowd: I disagreed with users on 2 points for Luvr.ai and 2 points for Kupid.ai, and each disagreement is spelled out on the brand page.
