Kindroid vs DreamGF

My take

Both give you a free tier, so you can try the chat on each before paying; expect message caps and few or no images until you upgrade. DreamGF is the cheaper way in at $9.99/mo against $13.99/mo for Kindroid. The entry price is only part of it: image, voice and video are often metered on top, so the pricing notes row matters as much as the headline. DreamGF simply does more: custom character creation, nsfw chat and image generation and voice messages are on its list and not on Kindroid's. More features is only better if you will use them.

My take

Start with the row this site ranks on. When someone types "ai girlfriend" into Google in the US, DreamGF is there at #53; Kindroid does not appear in the tracked positions at all. That is why DreamGF sits higher here even if it is the smaller site: it is the one the category sends newcomers to. On size, Kindroid is the busier site: 92,092 search visits a month worldwide, more than 20 times what DreamGF gets (4,657). These are estimates of visits from Google only, so a site with apps or ads can be bigger than this shows. Brand searches are the loyalty line: 74,000 people a month type Kindroid's name, against 2,900 for DreamGF. A name people type on purpose is a site they come back to; a site with lots of visits and few brand searches is living on rankings it could lose. In plain terms: Kindroid is bigger, DreamGF is the one the category search points to.

My take

Users are happier with Kindroid: 4 of its 10 features come out positive, against DreamGF's 2 of 10, with 3 features where the complaints win. Where they split, Kindroid gets the better word on chat and roleplay and memory. Both get the same complaint on free tier, so that is a category problem rather than a reason to pick one over the other. My own month did not always match the crowd: I disagreed with users on 3 points for Kindroid and 1 point for DreamGF, and each disagreement is spelled out on the brand page.
