My take
Both give you a free tier, so you can try the chat on each before paying; expect message caps and few or no images until you upgrade. They cost the same to start, $9.99/mo, so the difference is what that money buys. DreamGF simply does more: custom character creation, nsfw chat and image generation and voice messages are on its list and not on MiniApps.ai's. More features is only better if you will use them.

My take
Start with the row this site ranks on. When someone types "ai girlfriend" into Google in the US, DreamGF is there at #53; MiniApps.ai does not appear in the tracked positions at all. That is why DreamGF sits higher here even if it is the smaller site: it is the one the category sends newcomers to. On size, MiniApps.ai is the busier site: 119,758 search visits a month worldwide, more than 25 times what DreamGF gets (4,657). These are estimates of visits from Google only, so a site with apps or ads can be bigger than this shows. Brand searches are the loyalty line: 6,600 people a month type MiniApps.ai's name, against 2,900 for DreamGF. A name people type on purpose is a site they come back to; a site with lots of visits and few brand searches is living on rankings it could lose. DreamGF's Domain Rating of 60 against 36 means far more sites link to it, which is what keeps rankings stable; the weaker link profile is the one more likely to move, up or down, when Google reshuffles. In plain terms: MiniApps.ai is bigger, DreamGF is the one the category search points to.

“Users” is the balance of the YouTube reviews, Reddit threads and articles read for each brand page; “my test” is whether my own month on the site agreed with them.
My take
Users are happier with MiniApps.ai: 4 of its 10 features come out positive, against DreamGF's 2 of 10, with 3 features where the complaints win. Where they split, MiniApps.ai gets the better word on free tier. DreamGF gets it on image generation. My own month did not always match the crowd: I disagreed with users on 2 points for MiniApps.ai and 1 point for DreamGF, and each disagreement is spelled out on the brand page.
