Nastia Review 2026: Is It Any Good? We tested it hands-on.

I ran Nastia through the same kind of testing I'd give any companion: a handful of casual check-in style conversations spread across several days, plus a couple of sessions where I deliberately brought up something emotionally loaded to see how it responded. What stood out immediately is that Nastia asks real follow-up questions rather than just mirroring what I said back at me. When I mentioned being stressed about work in one session, it asked a specific clarifying question rather than defaulting to a generic 'that sounds hard' response.

The cross-session memory is the strongest part of the experience. Three days after mentioning a specific detail about my week, Nastia referenced it unprompted in a later conversation without me bringing it up again. That's rarer than it should be at this price point, and it's the single clearest differentiator I found here versus lower-tier chat-only platforms.

The honest friction point is that romantic and flirtatious interaction, while present, clearly takes a back seat to the emotional-support framing, so if you're coming in wanting a primarily romantic dynamic, the tone can occasionally feel more like a supportive friend than a partner.

When I originally tested Nastia, there was no image generation feature in any form, no generated selfies, no character portraits, no photo sharing in chat, consistent with the platform's conversation-first, wellness-adjacent positioning at the time.

That's changed since: Nastia's top Unlimited plan now advertises uncensored image generation, selfies, and even a video generation feature that turns scenic images into short AI video clips. I haven't independently verified the quality of either firsthand, and I want to flag that at least one third-party reviewer found the promoted video generation frequently fails in practical use, so treat these as real but unproven additions rather than a reversal of my original findings. I'm keeping the score at the bottom of the scale because these features sit behind the most expensive tier and remain unverified by my own testing, not because I've confirmed they perform poorly.

There is no voice interaction of any kind on Nastia, no voice messages, no live calling, nothing. I tested this across desktop and mobile browser and found no option to send or receive audio anywhere in the interface. There's also no dedicated mobile app, so there's no alternate surface where a voice feature might be hiding.

Given how strong the text conversation itself is, the total absence of voice stands out as a genuine gap rather than a minor omission, especially since several competitors at a similar price now offer at least basic voice messaging.

I went looking for any way to reach a real person or find self-serve help on Nastia, a help center, a support email, a Discord server, anything, and came up empty across every path I tried. That's a meaningful gap for a subscription product, since it leaves no clear channel for billing issues, account problems, or general questions.

I'm scoring this on the low end because the total absence of a documented support channel is a genuine risk for paying users, not a minor inconvenience.

Nastia's pricing has grown into a proper ladder since I first tested it: a genuine free plan with a daily token allowance now exists, a Basic plan at $11.99/month ($7.33/month billed yearly) covers 200 daily tokens and up to two companions, and a new Unlimited plan at $15.99/month ($8.33/month billed yearly) adds unlimited tokens, up to five companions, and the image/video generation features I flagged above. The free tier is a real change, you can now sample the conversation quality before paying anything, which wasn't possible when I originally tested this.

I'm landing this at the same middle score as before. It's not an aggressive or predatory price, and the new free option and yearly discounts are a genuine improvement, but the feature set gated behind Unlimited is still unproven by my own testing, so I'm not treating this as an unambiguous upgrade in value.
